Kamie has been a licensed real estate agent for 12 years and an investor for 14. Starting as a solo agent, she quickly transitioned into growing her very own team which has turned into her most incredible journey.

Kamie brings a variety of experience to her clients with backgrounds in real estate investing, commercial properties, land development, residential, rentals, and new construction. 

If she isn't immersed in real estate, Kamie can often be found traveling, fishing, hunting, watching hockey, and spending time with her family. Even though Minneapolis is home, don’t be surprised if you find her on your next journey through Montana where her heart feels most at home.

Jason Burgoon

Co-founder, Real Estate Advisor, & Listing Specialist

Jason brings more than 18 years of experience to your side as you look to buy or sell a home of any kind. A lifetime Twin Cities dweller, Jason knows the city well - especially the communities where he lives and works: Linden Hills in Southwest Minneapolis and Northeast Minneapolis. Jason is known for profoundly understanding his client’s needs, desires, and lifestyles in a way that allows him to match clients with their homes. He prides himself on fierce negotiation skills to assist in making this lifelong investment stress free. Not only does he assist clients in real estate transactions as an advisor, but Jason is also an avid investor with rental properties and investments of his own. As a savvy business owner, he has knowledge of and experience in intelligent acquisition and potential for equity. Jason values the opportunity to be your advocate and advisor when you’re making big moves in life or investments. 

When Jason is not negotiating deals or buying investment properties, you can often find him at the ice rink. Whether he is cheering on the MN Wild or supporting his daughter while she defends the net, Jason is an avid hockey fan. In the warmer months, he spends as much time as possible enjoying the local lakes and practicing his golf swing - ensuring he’s making the most of all Minnesota has to offer year-round.

Cameron Ginochio

Listing Specialist

Though he was raised in Anchorage, Alaska, Cameron considers Minnesota to be his second home. Since graduating from the University of Minnesota in 2015, he permanently resided in Indiana and Arkansas. Ultimately, he found his way back to Minneapolis where he feels most himself. 

He has been a licensed real estate agent for a short 3 months, but is no stranger to to the real estate transaction. Since becoming a homeowner in 2016, he has transacted personally 5 times and looks forward to bringing his unique perspective as a transplant to the real estate industry as an agent!

Cameron spends his time in the cities exploring new neighborhoods, breweries, and lakes (can’t grow up in Alaska without loving to fish!) If he’s not out adventuring through the city or losing years of his life cheering on a Minnesota sports team, you’ll likely find him enjoying time at home with his partner and 2 cats.
